Job Description

BMO is currently sourcing for a Change Manager position on a 10 - month contract.

• Candidate will be working with Business AML offices, each major LOB at BMO has one of these offices in their department
• Works with them to implement changes that need to be made to procedures/processes, driven by changes on the technical/dev side

Here are some of the key requirements and responsibilities included in this role:

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE (but are not limited to):

• Take ownership of specific workstreams and end-products within the overall transformation program
• Be responsible for delivering the transformation objectives, coaching members to develop and execute effective improvement plans and role-modeling WC mindsets
• Mobilize and help AML teams to achieve change that exceeds their expectations
• Inspire others, build strong relationships and display high energy and resilience in ambiguous and fast-paced contexts
• In a collaborative team setting, work closely with others but will also – after appropriate apprenticeship – be expected to operate autonomously with limited direction to drive progress in your areas of accountability

Qualifications

Change Management: 5 years (Required)Technical Knowledge: 5 years (Required)Process Improvement: 5 years (Required)AML and/or Banking: 4 years (Desired)

Education/Certifications

Undergraduate Degree in relevant field (Required)
