Position Title : Payroll Administrator

Type : In-Office Full-Time

Seeking candidates open to permanent temporary / contract settings in the Edmonton and surrounding areas.

Key Responsibilities

As the Payroll Administrator you will ensure employees are paid accurately and on time while maintaining compliance with payroll legislation and company policies. Your responsibilities will include :

• Payroll Processing :

Process weekly bi-weekly or semi-monthly payroll for hourly and salaried employees.

Administer deductions benefits remittances and payroll adjustments.

Prepare payroll reports assist with audits and maintain accurate payroll records.

Respond to payroll inquiries and work closely with HR Finance and project teams.

Qualifications

To succeed in this role candidates should demonstrate the following :

Minimum 3 years of payroll experience preferably in a high-volume or unionized environment.

Proficiency with payroll software (Viewpoint ADP Ceridian or similar).

Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
