Your tasks as the Electrician / Licensed Millwright (Dual Ticket) :
Installs, tests, troubleshoots, modifies, maintains and repairs industrial electrical equipment and machinery and keeps accurate, timely records.Support maintenance and operational needsMust be able to calibrate automatic, mechanical, pneumatic, electrical and electronic equipment used for measurement, indication, monitoring, recording or controlling process parameters or for determining product quality.Performs troubleshooting, repair and maintenance to distributed control networks including the process DCS, SCADA and PLC based control systems.Use schematic or logic diagrams and diagnostic instruments to locate electronic control system or electrical system malfunctions.Other duties assignedThe required qualifications of the Electrician / Licensed Millwright (Dual Ticket) :
In office 5 days a week2 : 30 pm – 11pm shift. Flexible with overtimeAny combination of experience must include five years as an instrument technician in an industrial environment with maintenance responsibility for process controllers or distributed control networksFamiliarity with Delta V DCS systems would be an attractive assetAllen Bradley PLC programming, troubleshooting and modificationsAny combination of experience and trade certification for a total of 4-6 years in an industrial / manufacturing environmentKnowledge of mixing and formulating processes is beneficialOne to two years’ experience in an instrument technician role is desirableSkill competencies include computer, problem-solving, analysis, communications, strong interpersonal skillsMust be capable of lifting up to 50lbs and working with PPE (glasses, helmet, hearing protection, safety boots, respirator as required), working at heights and in confined spacesAble to walk up and down lots of stairsDon’t miss out on this great opportunity.
