Adecco is currently hiring a full-time Ethanol Plant Laborerer to jon our client's team supporting essential grain handling, DDGS loading, and day-to-day plant operations in Lloydminster, SK. In this role you will play a key role in supporting daily operational activities across the plant. Working under the guidance of Operations and Product Handling teams, you will assist with grain receiving, DDGS loading, equipment operation, inspections, and safety programs-contributing directly to production efficiency and plant performance.
- Pay Rate : $25- $35 / hr
- Location : Lloydminster, SK
- Schedule : Monday to Friday | 40 hours a week, 8 hours a day.

Safely receive, handle, and store grain following established site procedures.Load DDGS into trucks and railcars while ensuring accuracy, quality, and safety standards.Monitor grain handling and testing equipment, reporting any operational concerns promptly.Operate mobile equipment including wheel loaders, front-end loaders, forklifts, tractors, and man lifts.Support yard and plant activities requiring material movement or equipment operation.Work alongside Operations to support routine production and quality processes.Perform basic inspections, minor maintenance tasks, and general housekeeping to keep plant areas clean and functional.Assist with general plant and product handling duties as required.Complete operational paperwork such as receipts and bills of lading with accuracy.Escalate issues as needed to ensure a seamless workflow.Participate in safety meetings, hazard assessments, and required training programs.Follow all company safety standards, procedures, and site protocols.Qualifications :
Must be a residence of Lloydminster areaValid Class 5 Drivers License.Ideally a Trade certification or power engineering background.Basic computer skills for operational and record keeping tasks.Experience Considered an Asset in Grain handling, agricultural, or material handlingFamiliarity with scales, sampling, or bulk material loading systems.Exposure to industrial plants, terminals, or similar operating environments.Knowledge of WHMIS or TDG requirements.Experience operating heavy or mobile equipment in industrial, plant, or agricultural environments.Strong commitment to safety and the ability to follow structured procedures.Mechanical aptitude with a willingness to perform basic troubleshooting.Comfortable working outdoors, at heights, and in industrial conditions.Reliable team player with strong communication and problem-solving skills.Mu st be legally eligible to work, and reside in CanadaAre you interested in this position?
