Shop Coordinator

Precision Well Servicing is currently hiring a Shop Coordinator to join our team at our Cold Lake Rentals Shop- 63214 Highway 892, Cold Lake, AB T9M 1P2

Precision Well Servicing is the largest service rig provider in Canada, with an impressive fleet of equipment, service rig professionals and strong relationships with top-tier companies.

This position will report to our Manager , Field Equipment Efficiency and will be responsible for assisting with the daily upkeep and maintenance in our Cold Lake shop.

Responsibilities

• Perform local pick up and delivery of parts and supplies.
• Oversee shipping and receiving duties for the facility.
• Stock incoming parts and materials.
• Perform seasonal maintenance in/around the facility, including shovelling snow on exterior walkways.
• Perform general repairs using hand tools.
• Perform monthly facility inspections.
• Assist with rental technician tasks.
• Assist shop and operations personnel as required.

Requirements

• Positive attitude and commitment to our safety culture.
• Valid Class 5 Driver License, Class 3 is an asset.
• Provide a 5-year Commercial Drivers Abstract.
• Mechanically inclined with experience operating hand tools.
• Strong customer service skills, with the ability to communicate effectively.
• Self starter with the ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Ability to lift, push, pull and carry in accordance with company polices and applicable safety legislation. There can be repetitive motions for long periods of time such as standing and kneeling.
