Responsibilities

• Define and analyze customer needs
• Configure custom solutions and optimize customer organizations as required
• Supervise the implementation and collaborate with Salesforce consultants and developers
• Create functional tests and acceptance tests (recettes)
• Ensure monitoring, communication and reporting of work progress
• Maintain and provide user support
• Act as a trusted partner to clients
• Work with Salesforce environments : Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and Community Cloud
