You will collaborate with diverse stakeholders, translate requirements into clear deliverables, and support the development, testing, and implementation of technology solutions. Permanent Full-Time (40 hours)

Monday to Friday 8 : 00 am – 4 : 30 pm (flexible); Hybrid

Salary : $75,000 - $90,000 per year

In this role, you will :

• Analyze business functions to determine operational objectives and evaluate output requirements.
• Develop workflow charts, diagrams, and specifications by studying system capabilities.
• Improve systems by reviewing current practices and designing effective process or system modifications.
• Engage stakeholders using best‑practice techniques to gather requirements and validate them through acceptance criteria and testing.
• Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and implementation teams, supporting solution development, implementation planning, and RFP processes.
