We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Teamcenter Trainer to enable users to effectively adopt and utilize Siemens Teamcenter PLM solutions. This role plays a critical part in driving user adoption, ensuring data integrity, and improving operational efficiency by delivering high-quality training programs, documentation, and ongoing user support across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Training Program Development : Design, develop, and maintain comprehensive training curricula, modules, and materials (user guides, quick reference guides, videos, online tutorials) for various Teamcenter user roles and functionalities
- Training Delivery : Conduct instructor-led training sessions (in-person and virtual), workshops, and one-on-one coaching for new and existing users
- Needs Assessment : Collaborate with PLM architects, project managers, business analysts, and business stakeholders to identify training needs related to Teamcenter implementations, upgrades, and process changes
- User Support & Mentorship : Provide post-training support, respond to user inquiries, and guide users on best practices for daily Teamcenter usage
- Content Management : Maintain a centralized and up-to-date repository of training materials and documentation
- Continuous Improvement : Collect feedback from users and stakeholders to continuously enhance training content and delivery methods
- System Knowledge : Stay current on Teamcenter features, enhancements, and PLM best practices
- Collaboration : Work closely with PLM, IT, and business teams to ensure training aligns with system capabilities and project timelines
Mandatory Skills & Qualifications
5+ years of experience as a technical trainer, instructional designer, or similar role, preferably in an engineering or manufacturing environmentStrong hands-on functional knowledge of Siemens Teamcenter PLM , including modules such as :Structure ManagerWorkflowChange ManagementDocument ManagementSolid understanding of PLM concepts and their application within engineering, manufacturing, and supply chain processesExcellent presentation, facilitation, and communication skills , with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to diverse audiencesProficiency in developing training materials using Microsoft Office tools (PowerPoint, Word, Excel) or similar authoring toolsStrong interpersonal skills with a patient, user-focused approachAnalytical and problem-solving skills to support users and resolve training-related issuesAbility to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced environmentPreferred / Nice-to-Have Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Education , or a related fieldTeamcenter certifications (e.g., Teamcenter User or Administrator) or professional training certifications (CTT+, ATD, etc.)Experience with e-learning development tools (Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, etc.)Familiarity with adult learning principles and instructional design methodologiesExposure to other PLM or CAD tools (e.g., Siemens NX, Solid Edge)Experience working in an Agile project environmentIf you are passionate about PLM enablement, user training, and driving adoption of Teamcenter solutions , we would love to hear from you.
