Supply Chain Security Program Manager

This role requires 50% travel to terminals across Canada.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the company's participation in CTPAT and PIP programs.
• Develop and maintain security profiles in partnership with the internal security team, ensuring annual reviews and required documentation comply with CBP and CBSA guidelines.
• Conduct regular internal audits and risk assessments to ensure compliance with CTPAT and PIP requirements.
• Identify and evaluate instances of non‑compliance, providing corrective action measures.
• Liaise with U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP), Canadian Border Service Agency (CBSA), and other regulatory authorities as needed.
• Coordinate training and awareness programs for internal and external stakeholders.
• Develop and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to reflect evolving security regulations and best practices.
• Manage the validation and revalidation process, including site visits and responses to government inquiries.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (Procurement, Dedicated, Legal) to ensure alignment with compliance objectives.
• Prepare reports and present findings to senior leadership regarding program performance and improvement opportunities.
