Assistant Design Engineer

Job Description :

We are now seeking an Assistant Design Engineer for the BECIS solar business. The position is based in Head Office – Pune. This position reports to Manager – Structural Design

Key Responsibilities :

• Preparation of engineering design basis & engineering drawings independently using STAAD Pro & AutoCAD
• Preparation of Engineering Drawings, Building Layout, Civil drawings, Structural drawings including fabrication and assembly drawings.
• Visiting sites for field measurement / assessment wherever necessary
• Preparation of as built drawing
• Identification of potential issues in client drawings that could affect project
• Preparation of 3D drawings of site in Sketchup
• Understand client requirements and develop preliminary sketch for their
• Interact with solar design team to provide design drawing
• Interact with Sales team to offer technical
• Maintain the project documentations according to organization or ISO standards.
