About Us
PL Electric Supply is an authorized ABB distributor and one of Ontario’s fastest-growing electrical supply companies.
We are looking for a Customer Service with electrical knowledge to join our Barrie team and provide excellent service to our clients.
Responsibilities
- Greet and assist walk-in customers (contractors, electricians, homeowners)
- Answer phone calls and respond to emails in a professional manner
- Create invoices, quotes, and process orders accurately
- Provide product information and recommend solutions (ABB panels, breakers, wiring, tools)
- Maintain the store : stock checks, organization, cleanliness
- Assist with merchandising, promotions, and customer follow-ups
- Support daily operations of the store.
- Inventory support
- Visit potential clients
Requirements
Job Type : Full-time
Pay : $17.20-$20.00 per hour
