Role

This is a full-time on-site role based in Leduc, AB, for a Hot Tub Technician / Future Manager. The role involves troubleshooting and performing repairs on hot tubs, maintaining equipment, and ensuring customer satisfaction through exceptional service delivery. Additional responsibilities include assisting with spa installations, educating customers on spa maintenance, maintaining inventory, and contributing to process improvements. The role provides opportunities for career growth, with a pathway to a management position for the right candidate.

Qualifications

• Technical skills in troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining hot tubs and related equipment
• Strong customer service and communication abilities to effectively assist and educate clients
• Organizational skills for managing inventory, scheduling, and maintaining required documentation
• Leadership potential and problem-solving skills to contribute to process improvements and assume future management responsibilities
• Physically fit and comfortable with handling tools and equipment in various work environments
• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
• Prior experience in a technical service role and knowledge of hot tubs or similar equipment is an asset
• High school diploma or equivalent, with additional technical training or certifications being beneficial
