OFFICE CLERK I (FULL-TIME)

Responsibilities

• Verify gross margin calculations for departments.
• Create entries during the cut-off period.
• Reconcile general / sub ledger accounts.
• Audit department receiving books.
• Investigate statements to ensure accuracy.
• Statistics Canada surveys.
• Assist in accounts payable and sales audit.
• Sort mail.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

High school education, previous accounting experience an asset. Requires good investigative and problem‑solving skills. Strong computer skills, including Excel required. Knowledge of file‑management processes.
