About the Role

The Sales & Marketing Coordinator will play a key role in expanding our community partnerships and increasing awareness of our services. This is an ideal position for someone who thrives on connection understands the nuances of healthcare and enjoys representing a mission-driven organization.

What Youll Do

• Build and nurture relationships with healthcare professionals community partners and local organizations
• Conduct outreach to hospitals clinics senior living communities and allied health providers
• Represent our company at community events networking opportunities and educational sessions
• Support the development of marketing materials social media content and community campaigns
• Identify new partnership opportunities and help strengthen existing referral pathways
• Collaborate with leadership to align messaging outreach and brand presence
• Track outreach activities and share insights to support strategic growth

Who You Are

• Experienced in healthcare social services senior care or a related field
• Well-connected within the Okanagan healthcare community and eager to build new connections
• A natural relationship-builder with strong communication skills
• Comfortable speaking with families clinicians and community leaders
• Organized proactive and able to work independently
• Passionate about supporting seniors and enhancing quality of life
• Someone who values integrity empathy and professionalism
