TEALEAVES is seeking an exceptional Marketing Associate to join our team in Vancouver. You will play a crucial role in shaping and executing strategic marketing initiatives, driving brand awareness and growth in the luxury tea market with a focus on environmental and social responsibility.

Responsibilities include:

1. Support development and implementation of brand campaigns across digital channels, including social media, website, and email.
2. Coordinate marketing briefs and collaborate with internal and external partners to execute initiatives, including partnerships with brands, designers, and nonprofits such as UN Biodiversity, UN Development Program, and UN Women.
3. Review and report on marketing campaign performance.
4. Assist with email and social media marketing activities, including research, copywriting, scheduling, A/B testing, and data analysis.
5. Collaborate with Business Development on PR and media events.
6. Work with Creative Department to enhance landing pages and optimize customer experience.
7. Manage influencer relationships and proposals.
8. Create and update promotional content for website and campaigns.

Compensation & Start Date: Range: $64,000 - $78,000; Flexible start date.
