Key Responsibilities

• Present treatment options to prospective patients across different regions through virtual & in-person meetings.
• Provide accurate information to patients regarding surgery, pricing, and scheduling.
• Manage and address patient questions accurately, concisely, and in a timely manner.
• Enhance patient satisfaction by delivering personalized consultations, building rapport, and facilitating steps of their patient journey.
• Proficiently use computer tools such as Outlook, Word, and Excel for tasks such as results tracking, reporting, EMR systems for follow-up tasks, and managing patient-related activities.
