Overview

We’re seeking a dynamic Supply Chain Lead to oversee all aspects of Purchasing, Inventory Management, Logistics, and Distribution at our high-volume interior door manufacturing facility in Yarrow, BC. Producing between 6,000–10,000 doors daily , this role is pivotal in ensuring seamless material and product flow throughout the plant.

As a key member of the Plant Leadership Team , you’ll lead a cross-functional group of direct and indirect reports, champion operational excellence, and drive continuous improvement across supply chain operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategies to optimize supply chain performance through innovation and process improvement
• Lead all transactional functions : customer service, production control & scheduling, shipping & receiving, warehouse management, and inventory control
• Collaborate closely with the Plant Leader to enhance purchasing systems and production planning
• Drive a results-oriented culture focused on data, accountability, and measurable outcomes
• Manage departmental budgets, control costs, and maximize asset utilization
• Ensure compliance with customer supply chain scorecards (e.g., in-stocks, lead times, on-time delivery, forecast accuracy)
• Foster cross-functional collaboration and a “one plant” mindset to achieve shared goals
• Support development of multi-functional business teams in partnership with divisional replenishment and category managers
• Mentor and develop team members to enhance customer engagement and influence
• Stay current with emerging technologies and industry best practices
• Lead all areas of supply chain including transportation, logistics, purchasing, replenishment, inventory control, and customer satisfaction
