The Opportunity

The Configuration & Data Management (CDM) Lead is responsible for managing the integrity versioning and traceability of data and documentation used in the development and delivery of training products. This role ensures that courseware supporting documentation and customer deliverables are controlled accurate and compliant with contractual and regulatory requirements.

The CDM Lead provides discipline leadership drives process standardization ensures cross-team adoption and serves as the expert for configuration and data control decisions across the organization.

Responsibilities

Configuration Management

• Develop maintain and improve configuration management plans standards and workflows for production outputs.
• Control and track baselines for source reference documents technical content multimedia assets and final deliverables.
• Manage change control workflows ensuring updates are reviewed approved documented and traceable.
• Conduct configuration audits and maintain accurate configuration status records.
