Program Overview Join the largest business transformation initiative — the FSM Program — spanning until early 2027. This high-impact program covers six major enterprise-wide releases across supply chain, merchandising, retail operations, and POS. The selected Release Lead will own a full release cycle end-to-end, acting as a senior program manager in coordination with internal leadership and external partners (Accenture).

Key Responsibilities :
1. Project Planning : Collaborate with stakeholders to define project goals, objectives, and scope. Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation.
2. Team Leadership : Build and lead cross-functional project teams. Provide clear direction, set expectations, and motivate team members to achieve project objectives.
3. Risk Management : Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies. Continuously monitor project progress and address any issues promptly.
4. Budget Management : Oversee project budgets and ensure cost control. Track expenses, manage resources efficiently, and report on budget status to stakeholders.
5. Quality Assurance : Ensure that project deliverables meet quality standards and adhere to best practices. Implement quality control processes and resolve quality issues as they arise.
6. Stakeholder Communication : Act as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders, including clients, executives, and team members. Provide regular updates, address concerns, and manage expectations.
7. Resource Allocation : Allocate resources effectively to meet project demands. This includes personnel, equipment, and technology requirements.
8. Change Management : Facilitate and manage changes to project scope, schedule, and objectives. Assess the impact of changes and communicate them to relevant parties.
9. Documentation and Reporting : Maintain detailed project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and meeting minutes. Provide regular reports on project progress and key performance indicators.
10. Problem Solving : Act as a problem-solving resource for the project team. Address issues, conflicts, and obstacles to keep the project on track.
