Job description

Purpose of the role

Provision of an excellent support service is critical to the achievement of Keyloop’s strategic plans for growth and profitability. Our Support Analyst will primarily be responsible for owning, troubleshooting, diagnosing and resolving problems to successful closure, whilst ensuring timely escalation where necessary.

Our Support Analyst will also assist colleagues and will not only have outstanding verbal and written communication skills but can demonstrate that they are able to communicate quickly and efficiently at all levels across a Global team (customer, peers, and managers) in order to achieve our departmental and company strategy.

This role requires someone who is resourceful and well organised, with excellent analytical and problem solving skills, who is able to work effectively as part of a high performing team with a passion and commitment to providing service excellence.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

  • Owning and progressing cases through to resolution by utilising available resources and expanding own knowledge.

  • Escalating a case in good time.

  • Responding with empathy to customers, dealing with their needs, and acknowledging their operational pressures and deadlines.

  • Communicating cooperatively with team members, other departments and management to deliver timely resolution of customer issues.

  • Documenting solutions and producing written guidance on resolution steps and procedures.

  • Being passionate and pro-active in acquiring and absorbing knowledge of the Keyloop product suite and associated toolset and working closely with management to increase the level of personal skills and competence.

  • Self-Motivation & initiative to aid your investigation process and career development.

  • Effectively coaching and mentoring colleagues in order to expedite case resolution and enhance the level of knowledge within support.

  • Ensuring root cause analysis is carried out where necessary.

  • Identify training gaps in our knowledge media and recommend areas for improvement.

  • Actively contribute to case reduction initiatives.

Skills / Knowledge & Experience

  • Basic or intermediate accounting knowledge

  • Ability to efficiently plan and prioritise workload to meet deadlines.

  • Expertise or knowledge relating to a specified Keyloop product / module.

  • Investigation, analytical, problem solving and trouble shooting skills.

  • Excellent communication skills, including telephone, virtual methods, and written in both French and English.

  • Knowledge and understanding of customer expectations.

  • Ability to influence and overcome objections.

  • Ability to interact with multiple levels of Keyloop customers and associates.

  • Ability to explain complex problems, issues and accounting concepts in simple terms

  • Enthusiasm and willingness to learn.

Essential Skills

  • Bilingual French/English in order respond to the needs of our diverse customer base.

  • Experience in dealing with customers across a variety of channels and with high level of professionalism

Desirable Skills

• Understanding of the automotive industry with specialization in one of our product areas.

Objectif du rôle

La fourniture d’un excellent service de support est essentielle à la réalisation des plans stratégiques de croissance et de rentabilité de Keyloop. Notre analyste de support aidera également ses collègues et aura non seulement des compétences exceptionnelles en communication verbale et écrite, mais pourra également démontrer qu’il est capable de communiquer rapidement et efficacement à tous les niveaux au sein d’une équipe mondiale (client, pairs et gestionnaires) afin de réaliser notre stratégie départementale et d’entreprise.

Ce rôle exige quelqu’un qui est débrouillard et bien organisé, avec d’excellentes compétences analytiques et de résolution de problèmes, qui est capable de travailler efficacement au sein d’une équipe hautement performante avec une passion et un engagement à fournir un service d’excellence.

Principales tâches et responsabilités

  • S’approprier et faire progresser les cas jusqu’à leur résolution en utilisant les ressources disponibles et en élargissant leurs propres connaissances.

  • Faire remonter un cas en temps utile.

  • Répondre avec empathie aux clients, répondre à leurs besoins et reconnaître leurs pressions opérationnelles et leurs délais.

  • Communiquer avec les membres de l’équipe, les autres départements et la direction pour résoudre rapidement les problèmes des clients.

  • Documenter les solutions et produire des directives écrites sur les étapes et les procédures de résolution.

  • Être passionné et proactif dans l’acquisition et l’absorption des connaissances de la suite de produits Keyloop et de l’ensemble d’outils associés ; travailler en étroite collaboration avec la direction pour augmenter le niveau d’aptitudes et de compétences personnelles.

  • Auto-motivation et initiative pour faciliter votre processus d’enquête et votre développement de carrière.

  • Coacher et encadrer efficacement les collègues afin d’accélérer la résolution des cas et d’améliorer le niveau de connaissances au sein du soutien.

  • S’assurer que l’analyse des causes profondes est effectuée si nécessaire.

  • Identifier les lacunes en matière de formation dans nos supports de connaissances et recommander des domaines à améliorer.

  • Contribuer activement aux initiatives de réduction des cas.

  • Enthousiasm et désir d’apprendre.

Compétences / Connaissances et expérience

  • Connaissances comptables de base ou intermédiaires

  • Capacité à planifier et à hiérarchiser efficacement la charge de travail pour respecter les délais.

  • Expertise ou connaissances relatives à un produit / module Keyloop spécifié.

  • Compétences en matière d’enquête, d’analyse, de résolution de problèmes et de dépannage.

  • Excellentes compétences en communication, y compris téléphone, les méthodes virtuelles, l’écriture et l’expression verbale en français et en anglais.

  • Connaissance et compréhension des attentes des clients.

  • Capacité d’influencer et de surmonter les objections.

  • Capacité d’interagir avec plusieurs niveaux de clients et d’associés Keyloop.

  • Capable d’articuler simplement des problèmes, des questions complexes ainsi que les concepts comptables.

Essentiel

  • Bilingue en français et en anglais ; la connaissance de l’anglais est requise pour soutenir la diversité de notre clientèle.

  • Expérience des relations avec les clients par le biais de différents canaux et avec un haut niveau de professionnalism.
