Our client in Niagara Region, ON is actively looking for a Warehouse Assistant to join their team.

Job Description :

• Prepare customer invoices.
• Schedule deliveries.
• Filing of customer contracts.
• Shipping / Receiving.
• Receiving computer equipment and testing them .
• Gathers equipment from warehouse for set up according to project specifications. Ensures hardware and software applications are accurately applied to equipment.
• Prepares, packs and arranges the equipment on skids and prepares for shipment. Ensures all documentation required is available and accurately prepared.
• Keeps up to date on products, services and specifications. Notifies purchasing of possible inventory deficiencies based on established criteria.
• Ensures adherence to cleanliness and maintenance of work area safety standards. Ensures proper maintenance of specialized tools, tests equipment and test fixtures. Ensures any maintenance of equipment is properly documented.
• Ensures that any defective or worn equipment is reported to management promptly.
