We are currently seeking a  General Manager  to join our leadership team of customer focused professionals within our high volume and process-driven dealership.

Purpose / Summary of Position :

This role is responsible for the overall performance and profitability of the entire dealership operation. This key management role is responsible for ongoing planning and collaboration with other department leaders; executing on objectives, goals and growth strategies; ensuring compliance with process and procedures; motivating and coaching team members for performance; improving efficiencies; driving sales and championing the customer experience.
