Job descriptionOwn the Architecture Define the technical vision for our next‑generation platform Architect and implement a modern .NET Core‑based ecosystem Lead our transition to microservices, cloud‑native patterns, and modern DevOps workflows Deliver Hands‑On Impact Write high‑quality, maintainable code for new core systems Design and build REST APIs, distributed components, and mobile experiences Make technology choices that balance performance, reliability, and long‑term maintainability Lead and Elevate the Team Mentor developers and guide architectural thinking across the organization Establish coding standards, development workflows, and quality practices Collaborate directly with leadership to align engineering decisions with business goals Expert‑level C# and .NET Core, with mastery of modern development patterns Strong experience with React for cross‑platform mobile development Proficiency in Tailwind CSS and modern front‑end architectures Deep understanding of REST API design, microservices, and cloud‑native application development Experience with CI / CD, automated testing, and DevOps tooling Strong SQL and NoSQL database design skills Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud environments (Azure, AWS, or GCP) 7+ years of development experience, including 3+ with .NET A history of leading or driving large‑scale modernization or rewrite initiatives Strong architectural judgment and the ability to make pragmatic decisions under real‑world constraints Excellent communication skills with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders A passion for clean code, elegant architecture, and raising the bar for engineering teams A defining career opportunity to architect a major platform from the ground up Competitive compensation High autonomy and direct influence on technology decisions Leadership support that understands the importance of engineering excellence The stability of a profitable, successful company combined with the energy of a modernization startup initiative
