Job descriptionPassion for sales and customer satisfaction Strong project management skills Good attention to detail Analytical skills Problem solver and a critical thinker Strong verbal and written communication skills Good time management and organizational skills High school diploma or equivalent Minimum 2+ years’ experience in construction coordination Estimating and take-off experience Basic math skills for invoicing Base Pay : $65,000 - $70,000. About the Role
- Coordinate sales strategies
- Gather pre-tender feedback and coordinate follow-up
- Prepare and manage take-offs, bids, and quotations
- Create and manage production schedules
- Assist with RFP responses
- Monitor project costs
- Create and maintain project documents
- Assist with developing and implementing quality control programs
