Reporting to : General Manager
Ralmax Contracting has an exciting and immediate opening for a Project Manager in Victoria. Reporting to the General Manager, the Project Manager would be responsible for coordinating, managing, and execution of projects between estimates.

Responsibilities :
Organizing and executing projects from acceptance to deliveryCoordinating internal resources and third parties / vendors for execution of projectsManaging changes to the project scope, project schedule and project costs using appropriate verification techniquesExceed customers' expectations managing relationships to assure continuing customer satisfaction and profitable project closureResolving issues on a day-to-day basis with customers, owners, authorities, and other interested partiesGenerate accurate progress draws utilizing input from field crews and the SuperintendentPerforming take-offs for material ordersCoordinating with sub-contractors for scheduling, progress draws, and invoicingLead, promote and monitor Occupational Health and Safety culture within the organizationMentoring others in a dynamic team environmentOther duties as assignedEducation and Experience :
5+ years of experience in Civil Contracting as a Project ManagerMust be familiar with industry jargon, specifications, materials, and the ability to read and understand engineering drawingsMust be familiar with production rates, heavy equipment, and the general work process for civil excavation, earthworks, underground utilities, and roadworksBachelor of Engineering, Certificate in Engineering Technologies, or equivalent, an assetPMP Certification, an assetCCA Gold Seal, an assetGeneral Skills :
Effective attention to detail and a high degree of accuracyHigh level of integrity, confidentially, and accountabilityStrong work ethic and positive team attitudeProven positive interpersonal skillsEffective verbal and written communication skillsGood knowledge of MS Office suite, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and ProjectPrevious experience with Explorer Contract Manager, an assetRequirements :
Must have a current and valid class 5 drivers licenseTravel to off-site locations is requiredWork both indoors and outdoorsMust be eligible to work in CanadaApplication Process :
