  • Provide expert guidance to project teams on schedule planning, forecasting, and performance reporting using tools like Primavera P6, EcoSys, and Power BI.
  • Drive consistency and quality by developing scheduling standards, templates, and KPIs that support executive-level decision-making.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams—including engineering, construction, and finance—to ensure schedule data supports portfolio-wide visibility and reporting.
  • Mentor project schedulers and champion continuous improvement in scheduling practices across the organization.

What it takes :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field with relevant 3-5 years of experience in Project Controls with a strong emphasis on Scheduling in Major Capital Projects. EGBC, PMI (PMP), or AACE (PSP / CCP) certifications are considered assets.
