Development Accountant

Role :

The Development Accountant will oversee and manage the financial components of the development projects. Key responsibilities include preparing and maintaining financial records, project proformas, bank draws, budgets, and forecasts, as well as ensuring compliance with financial regulations and company policies.

Qualifications :

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA preferred
• 3+ years project / development accounting experience in the real estate development sector
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
