Groupe Marcelle is currently looking for a Consumer Product Testing Analyst for a permanent full-time position.
Reporting to the Senior Manager, Consumer & Market Intelligence, the Consumer Product Testing Analyst supports the CMI team by designing, executing, and managing end-to-end consumer product testing studies, while also being responsible for the accuracy, maintenance, and reliability of the Consumer Hub database.
The role is highly operational, combining testing execution, data quality management, and technical reporting to support product development teams.
The objective is to recruit an autonomous, structured, and detail-oriented analyst capable of managing multiple testing studies simultaneously while ensuring data accuracy across testing outputs and consumer databases.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL BE
Product Testing & Study Execution
Design and run product-specific consumer testing studiesBuild questionnaires and testing protocols aligned with defined briefsManage testing studies from brief to final delivery, ensuring timelines, quality, and completenessCoordinate testing operations and manage logistics with testing partners or panelsMonitor fieldwork progress and completion ratesData Ownership, Quality & Consumer Hub Management
Own testing methodology, execution, and first-line quality assuranceEnsure accuracy, consistency, and integrity of raw testing data (scores, open-ended responses, completion rates)Maintain and manage the Consumer Hub database, ensuring data accuracy, structure, and up-to-date recordsPerform regular data checks, validation, and cleaning within the Consumer HubAct as the reference point for Consumer Hub data reliability for internal teamsAnalysis & Reporting
Analyze quantitative and qualitative testing dataSummarize key metrics and results in a clear, structured formatProduce product testing dashboards and technical testing outputsDeliver raw data analysis files and standardized reports to internal stakeholdersCore Outputs
Clean and validated raw data filesFirst-line data quality and consistency checksAccurate, up-to-date Consumer Hub databaseBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Consumer Research, Data, project management with data specialization or a related field3 years of experience (open to early‑career candidates or recent graduates with exposure to consumer testing, data management, or research operations)Advanced proficiency in Excel; working knowledge of PowerPoint (BI is an asset)Strong comfort with databases, structured datasets, and data cleaningSolid understanding of consumer product testing methodologiesQualitative feedback handling (open-ended responses)Experience working with consumer databases, panels, or testing platforms is a plusAND IF YOU ARE
