TuxMat is building the next generation of high-performance automotive floor mats with a focus on in-house, scalable manufacturing. As we transition into pilot production, we are assembling a team of agile, hands-on contributors to help shape our production processes from the ground up.

We are seeking a skilled Sewing Operator to assist in the development and early-stage implementation of our edge banding and finishing process. This is not a conventional production role-this is an opportunity to help build the process itself.

You will work closely with engineers, designers, and production leads to :

• Establish edge-binding and sewing standards for complex 3D thermoformed mats.
• Test and validate industrial sewing equipment and edge-banding tools.
• Provide feedback on ergonomics, tooling, material compatibility, and workflow.
• Help define equipment and staffing needs for scale-up.
