Essential Duties And Responsibilities

The Customer Services Representative provides a crucial role in presenting a strong and positive image of the Municipal District of Greenview, the hamlet of Grande Cache and surrounding region. This position involves welcoming visitors, providing information regarding the region, history, activities, businesses and community groups as well as reception and general office duties and retail. Reporting to the Tourism and Interpretive Centre Coordinator, the Customer Service Representative supports the programs and services offered by the Municipal District of Greenview.
