Responsibilities

• As a Mainframe Developer, you will design, develop, and maintain mainframe applications that support core insurance and financial systems.
• You will work closely with business analysts, architects, and QA teams to deliver high-quality solutions aligned with regulatory and security standards.
• Develop, enhance, and maintain COBOL, JCL, DB2, and CICS‑based applications.
• Perform code reviews, debugging, and performance tuning.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to gather requirements and implement solutions.
• Ensure compliance with Pro‑B clearance security protocols and data privacy standards.
• Provide production support and resolve incidents within SLA timelines.
