Client Services Representative / Veterinary Receptionist

Located in Powell River, BC we are an established, fast-paced, busy veterinary hospital.

The Client Services Representative position involves the following :

Serving the needs of our clients and their pets with professionalism and confidence Answering phone calls and scheduling appointmentsInvoicing and processing paymentsElectronic Medical Record-keepingCommunication with clients, veterinarians, and teamHospital Maintenance, including stocking of shelves, cleaning exam rooms and reception area.

The successful applicant will have :

Previous experience in client serviceStrong communication and interpersonal skillsThe ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment with a large teamProficient computer skills Previous experience in a veterinary clinic is preferred Saturday Shifts are a requirement for this position

We Offer :

Hourly rate ranging from $22.00-$24.00 per hour, depending on experience.RRSP matching, Extended health care, Health and wellness allowance, Uniform allowance
