ServiceNow Developer for CaaS ServiceNow Position

Toronto - Hybrid for GTA Based

As a ServiceNow Developer for CaaS, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing ServiceNow solutions that support the delivery of cybersecurity services. This role involves creating custom applications, integrating ServiceNow with other systems, and automating workflows to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of cybersecurity operations.

Key Responsibilities

1.ServiceNow Implementation and Automation Lead the implementation and automation of ServiceNow solutions, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems and processes. This includes configuring and customizing ServiceNow applications to meet business requirements.

2.IT Operations Management IT Service Management Oversee IT operations and service management processes, leveraging ServiceNow to enhance ITIL processes such as Incident Management, Change Management, and Problem Management. Ensure efficient management of IT services and operations.

3.ServiceNow Cloud Discovery and CMDB Management Manage the Configuration Management Database (CMDB) and utilize ServiceNow Cloud Discovery to populate and maintain accurate configuration items (CIs). This involves understanding the impact of changes and incidents through the CMDB and ensuring data integrity.

4.ServiceNow API Development and Integration Develop and integrate ServiceNow APIs to enable seamless communication between ServiceNow and other systems. This includes designing and implementing custom applications and ensuring smooth data exchange.

5.ServiceNow Migration Process Lead the migration of legacy systems to ServiceNow, ensuring data accuracy and minimal disruption to business operations. Develop and execute migration plans, including data mapping and validation.

6.Knowledge Management Technical Implementation Implement and manage Knowledge Management processes within ServiceNow, enabling the creation, categorization, and sharing of knowledge articles.

Ensure that knowledge bases are up-to-date and accessible to users.

7.ServiceNow Workshop and Requirement Analysis Conduct workshops and requirement analysis sessions with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements. Translate these requirements into technical specifications and design solutions that meet business needs.

8.ServiceNow Integration - E-bonding Implement and manage ServiceNow integration projects, including E-bonding, to ensure seamless data exchange and process automation between ServiceNow and other systems.

9.Programming and Development Utilize programming languages such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to develop and customize ServiceNow applications. Ensure that applications are user-friendly and meet business requirements.

Qualifications

Bachelors degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.

ServiceNow certifications such as Certified System Administrator (CSA), Certified Application Developer (CAD)
