ROLE DESCRIPTION :

Rocket Doctors Indigenous Health Lead will be responsible to recruit, onboard and support physicians within Rocket Doctor across all provinces, with a special emphasis on the unique health needs of indigenous peoples. Concurrently they will also be helping to grow and optimize Rocket Doctor in all facets within the medical side of the company.

• Key responsibilities include :

Review and advise on processes and practices within the company through the lens of health equity, justice, inclusion, and indigenous priorities;

Attending and actively participating in regularly scheduled MD Advisory meetings;
