What does a typical day look like for our Senior Managers (Engineering)?

Senior Managers are a critical part of our organizational structure. Our strategic success is based on people and clients while our culture emphasizes agility and flexibility enabled by localized responsibility and accountability. The Senior Manager will help to identify, recruit, develop and deploy top talent, while supporting engineering resources who are assigned to them. They ensure the team is positive, creative, efficient and fully aligned with Avia NG’s values. Your day may start in our Edmonton office, however often our Senior Managers travel to our various sites within the Caribbean and Canada to conduct business as well.

What do we need from you?

Our best fit for this role would be a self-starter 7-year civil engineer who has experience in civil engineering design or project engineering, and management, and is known for seeing ahead of the curve, getting in front of problems before they arise.
