Joining the Influencer Marketing team, the Sundae Fam is looking for their nextInfluencer Marketing Specialist.This role is instrumental in driving cutting-edge influencer marketing campaigns that are both innovative and data-driven so if you consider yourself a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of influencer marketing, coupled with a strong analytical acumen, this role might be perfect for you! Not only will you craft and manage campaigns from inception to execution but also dive into complex data sets to extract actionable insights that shape the future of our clients' strategies. With a dual focus on creativity and analytics, you'll ensure that every campaign not only meets but exceeds client expectations, achieving measurable success in both reach and return on investment.

What you will be expected to do :

• Oversee the entire lifecycle of influencer partnerships, from content ideation and contract negotiation to timeline management and final delivery.
• Utilize comprehensive performance metrics to assess campaign effectiveness, including, among many others, return on investment (ROI), engagement rates, reach, and impressions.
• Utilize data-driven insights to refine targeting, influencer selection, and campaign approaches, ensuring maximum impact.
• Develop detailed post-campaign reports, summarizing key performance indicators (KPIs) and providing actionable recommendations for ongoing improvement and future campaigns.
• Analyze influencer content and audience demographics to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for optimization.
• Ensure campaigns are executed flawlessly, adhering to budget constraints while maximizing efficiency and effectiveness.
• Monitor influencer content during campaigns to ensure consistency in messaging, tone, and overall brand representation.
• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with influencers, fostering long-term collaborations that benefit both the brand and the influencer.
• Stay current with the latest industry trends, social media platform updates, and emerging influencers to keep campaigns fresh and competitive.
• Review and approve all influencer-generated content, ensuring it complies with brand guidelines and legal requirements
