Purpose of the position

We are currently looking for an operations supervisor for our residence in Outremont. This is a permanent full-time day position. Specifically, your daily life with us will look like :

• Do personnel management
• Disinfect frequently used handrails (ramps), access buttons and door handles.
• Clear corridors and access points of any bulky items that could harm the safety of residents
• Ensure that the storage space for household products as well as the work cart are clean, safe and locked at all times
• Take inventory of products and quickly notify the maintenance director of the items to be ordered
• Respect safety rules at all times, intervene and inform your manager if elements appear to contravene WHMIS standards
• Sweep and clean the floors of the corridors, common areas and workstations of the building
• Carry out the maintenance of the premises in accordance to a regular reocurring schedule or as required
• Cleaning and performing maintenance duties
• Be available to respond to emergencies
• All other related tasks
