Main responsibilities
- Participate in the entire staffing process.
- Assist on the onboarding and integration of new employee’s process.
- Support the HR advisor in various other projects, particularly related to training management.
- Assist in the administration of various quarterly processes; enter data into SIRH and/or KPI HR reports.
- Participate in the development, customization, and implementation of HR technology systems and tools.
- Support the implementation of new administrative and operational processes
- Support HR coordinators in various other projects, particularly related to workforce management.
- Participate in HR department improvement projects.
- All other daily human resources tasks.
Our ideal candidate:
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, social sciences, or administration in progress.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including intermediate Excel, is required.
- Ability to communicate in French/English, both written and spoken.
- Skills and abilities in problem-solving and business analysis.
