Job description

Location : Remote in Canada

Duration : 3 months

Introduction

We are looking for a skilled professional to design, develop, and support enterprise-grade integrations using SAP Integration Suite. The ideal candidate will serve as a subject matter expert for SAP integrations, working across SAP and non-SAP landscapes, including multiple SaaS applications.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Proven experience as an SAP Integration developer / SME
Strong understanding of SAP Integration Suite to design and implement complex integration scenarios
Extensive hands-on experience with SAP Cloud Platform Integration (CPI)
Solid knowledge of integration protocols : REST, SOAP, OData, etc.
Experience working with data formats such as XML, JSON, IDoc, etc.
Hands-on experience integrating SaaS solutions including Ariba, SuccessFactors, Fieldglass, Concur, or similar platforms
Strong problem-solving and debugging skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

Experience with SAP BTP services related to integration

Knowledge of API management and event-driven integration

Familiarity with SAP security concepts (OAuth, certificates, user roles)

Prior experience in large-scale enterprise integration projects

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

Design, develop, test, and deploy integration scenarios using SAP Cloud Platform Integration (CPI)

Serve as an SAP Integration developer / SME, providing technical guidance and best practices

Build and maintain integrations across SAP and non-SAP applications using SAP Integration Suite

Develop and manage APIs and services using REST, SOAP, OData, and related protocols

Handle various data formats including XML, JSON, IDoc, and others

Integrate SAP systems with SaaS solutions such as Ariba, SuccessFactors, Fieldglass, Concur, and similar platforms

Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize integration flows for performance and reliability

Collaborate with functional teams, architects, and business stakeholders to gather integration requirements

Ensure integrations follow security, governance, and compliance standards

Support upgrades, enhancements, and ongoing maintenance of existing integrations
