Supply Chain Team Leader

SUPPLY CHAIN TEAM LEADER -Cambridge, ON

An international group focused on designing, manufacturing and integrating specialized computing platforms and complex systems for industries requiring high levels of reliability and performance for critical, certified, and / or challenging applications. We enable organization’s across multiple sectors to deploy innovative and complex technical solutions to meet their operational objectives via specialized computers, tablets, complex electro-mechanical systems and smart edge IoT platforms. We are industry and application agnostic and operate across seven core sectors of defense, healthcare, energy, communications, automation, transport and leisure.

RESPONSIBLITIES :

Familiarity with systems and software, Microsoft Office Suite, and basic knowledge of ERP systems.

Procurement and Cost downs

Inventory management and cycle counting

Strong organizational skills to ensure accurate and timely shipment and receipt of goods.

Ability to follow and maintain shipping regulations and safety standards.

Fluent in English (written and spoken)

Process-driven with attention to detail and high accuracy in documentation and data handling.

Passionate, and energetic team player with a positive outlook.

Self-motivated, able to multitask and meet deadlines efficiently.

High level of accuracy and meticulousness in administrating systems, documentation and data

Works well under pressure to meet deadlines and commitment to safety.

Experience with procurement or inventory control.

QUALIFICATIONS :

Completion of High / Secondary School or equivalent

Post-secondary education in Supply Chain or Logistics preferred.

Procurement experience.

Experience in shipping, receiving, inventory management.

International trade compliance or warehouse operations within an operational environment.

Basic understanding of material handling, and shipping documentation.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to coordinate with suppliers, couriers, and internal teams.
