About the Role :

We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Investment Analyst to join our growing team. This role offers the opportunity to work at either the Intermediate or Senior level, with the final title and scope of responsibilities determined based on your experience and qualifications.

In this role, you will work closely with the VP of Investments and Analytics to support data-driven decision-making. Key responsibilities include preparing monthly cash flow forecasts, analyzing job cost reports, managing equity calculations and investor return reporting, and automating management reports and dashboards.

We are looking for candidates with strong analytical skills, a solid background in financial modelling and reporting, and a keen attention to detail. Whether you are at an intermediate or senior level, we encourage you to apply and be part of our growing team.

Duties & Responsibilities :

• Gather historical data and information from company internal databases and organize / format data in Excel, creating new financial models as required.
• Create land and housing financial forecasts, financial reports, cash flows and equity investment reports for external and internal stakeholders.
• Create and maintain a consolidated cash flow model from beginning to end of life for all assigned land development, construction and property management projects.
• Maximize profitability and cash flows by analyzing complex project budgets and creating pro forma models.
• Drive process improvements, including the creation of ad-hoc and standardized reports.
• Drive improvements to ERP system setup and dashboard development.
• Mentoring / knowledge sharing with colleagues.
