Overview

We are hiring a Senior Workday Application Developer who can own the technical build of Workday solutions from start to finish. The role requires a strong developer who can design and build integrations, extend applications, and create custom reports, while thinking systemically to propose scalable solutions.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop integrations using Workday Studio, EIB, and Core Connectors.
• Configure and optimize REST and SOAP APIs for secure and scalable data flows.
• Troubleshoot integration issues and lead root‑cause analysis.
• Transform data using XSLT or equivalent technologies.
• Configure integration‑related business processes.
• Build custom Workday Extend apps using orchestration, PMD scripting, and UI components.
• Prototype, present, and iteratively improve solutions for stakeholders.
• Develop custom reports (Advanced, Matrix, Composite) and calculated fields.
• Analyze business requirements and propose technical solutions aligned with broader systems architecture.
• Identify downstream impacts, performance risks, and security considerations.
• Collaborate with functional leads and end users to understand needs and deliver value.
• Drive technical standards and advocate for best practices.
• Participate in design reviews, testing, and deployment activities.
