What You Bring

• Legal Qualifications: A licensed lawyer in Ontario with a law degree (LLB or equivalent).
• Experience & Service: Previous exposure to real estate or property law is a plus. More importantly, you have a proven track record of turning complex legal scenarios into clear, effective outcomes while delivering exceptional client service.
• Team & Leadership Mindset: Experience in collaborative, high-performing teams is valued. As you grow, so will your opportunities to lead and mentor others.
• Digital Fluency: Comfort with modern digital tools from document management to project tracking, ensures you stay ahead in a rapidly evolving legal landscape.

Competitive Compensation: Our comprehensive total compensation package is designed to recognize and reward excellence.

Salary Range: CAD $70,000 to $100,000 (final offer will depend on your experience and skillset; we reserve the top end for those demonstrating sustained high performance).
