Milton Park Country House Hotel & Spa in Bowral, NSW, is undergoing a bold transformation and will reopen in early 2026 as Ardour Milton Park Bowral , the very first flagship in our new Ardour Hotels & Estates collection.

The role and key duties

• Assist the housekeeping team with room servicing and check-out cleans.
• Allocate and oversee completion of daily housekeeping schedules.
• Monitor team performance and implement strategies to boost productivity.
• Manage stock and supplies within the housekeeping department.
• Collaborate with the Front Office Manager to prepare rosters aligned with wage targets and occupancy.
• Uphold Workplace Health & Safety standards for a safe working environment.
• Conduct regular inspections of rooms and public areas to maintain luxury standards.
