About The Controller

The Controller will play a critical role in establishing and leading LDCellular’s financial operations, ensuring the company has accurate, timely, and actionable financial insights to guide strategic decision‑making. As a newly created position, this role offers the opportunity to build from the ground up, designing and implementing the financial systems, processes, and controls needed to support the company’s continued growth.

Working closely with ownership and external advisors, including MNP and financial institutions, the Controller will take a hands‑on approach to structuring the company’s financial foundation. This includes developing reporting frameworks, improving visibility into performance and profitability, and ensuring that financial practices align with the company’s evolving operational needs. The ideal candidate will thrive in a dynamic and entrepreneurial environment and enjoy creating clarity and structure within a growing organization. Success in this role will also depend on building strong relationships across the business with the owner, operations team, external partners, and banking contacts to establish trust, enhance collaboration, and enable informed decision‑making.

Key Responsibilities

Financial Oversight and Reporting

• Manage all financial operations, including monthly reporting, loan applications, and banking relationships
• Oversee and improve reporting structures to ensure clarity and relevance for management and external stakeholders
• Track and reconcile inventory value and quantities throughout the full product lifecycle, including returns
