What you will do

• Providing personalized support to clients in accordance with their individual support plans
• Assisting with daily living activities such as personal care meal preparation and medication management
• Deliver care aligned with Behaviour Support Plans and NDIS Practice Standards
• Supporting clients with high intensity needs
• Champion choice dignity and cultural respect in all client interactions
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date documentation
