Your Opportunity

Our Markham Office is looking for Co-op or Intern Students to join the Administration Team in Fall 2024 September to December for a 4-month work term and own the following responsibilities :

  • Perform clerical related duties such as typing of correspondence, photocopying, scanning, mass mailings to clients and internal mail delivery within the office
  • Providing tax return assembly support to the Administration Team
  • Data entry related duties while paying close attention to detail
  • Collect data, generate reports and updating various internal software systems
  • Support professional staff and other administrative staff with tasks as requested
  • Develop and maintain productive working internal and external relationships
  • Support with invoicing
  • This position will be an in-office role

  • You are currently working towards a degree / diploma, related to office administration
  • Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite is required
  • You have a desire to provide outstanding client service and a commitment to teamwork

  • You have proven leadership skills and can take initiative to seek understanding
  • You have excellent attention to detail
