What is the job?
- Plan, organize and direct pre, during and post construction activities
- Meet with estimating to take control of project after contract and estimates are finalized
- Understanding of site drawings, and being able to communicate changes with General Contractor
- Manage site safety at all times
- Prepare monthly and accurate billings for all resources used in previous month, and monitor labour costs
- Maintain a good working knowledge of trade unions, their agreements and stipulations
- Constant communication with GM, tradespeople and customer / vendors
- Other duties as required / assigned
