Job Description

• Responsible for facilitating the Agile development process and ensuring that the Scrum framework is followed.
• They work closely with the development team and product owner to ensure that user stories are properly defined and that the team has a clear understanding of project goals and priorities.
• They also organize and lead daily Scrum meetings, sprint reviews, and retrospectives, and help to identify and remove any obstacles that may be hindering the team's progress.
