In this role, you’ll gain hands‑on consulting experience, contribute to high‑impact engagements, and learn directly from experienced consultants and senior leaders. Working from our Victoria office, you’ll help deliver meaningful change for clients across the public, non‑profit, and private sectors—combining analytical rigour with a people‑first, facilitative approach. Key Responsibilities

Client Engagement Support

• Support Senior Consultants and Engagement Leads in preparing for client meetings and workshops
• Take detailed notes during meetings, capturing key decisions, actions, and follow‑ups
• Assist with client communication and coordination
• Take on increasing responsibility in facilitating components of client meetings and activities

Research and Analysis

Project Coordination

Operational and Administrative Support

Business Development and Marketing Support
